RUNSUN supplies a dryer with an advanced automatic heating system which is consisted of high-temperature flue gas from furnace and back up burner guarantying low energy consumption.
The aluminum chips dryer is fitted with a centrifuge and a screen to remove any fines that may cause inclusions in the casting.
Hot dried chips are fed into the side-well of a furnace that is fitted with a pump, which can highly reduce metal oxidation and burning lose; the recovery rate can reach up to 98%.
The dryer may also be fitted with a incinerator to control pollution.
